We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, you may return it to us for an exchange only, in the event that an item is damaged in shipping or obviously fails to meet quality standards determined solely by Light & Noise. If you would like to request a return, you must send a photograph of the item (and the packaging, if there is visible damage) with thirty (30) days of receipt of the item.

We will notify you by email when your return has been processed, including an estimate for when you can expect a replacement. Please allow at least thirty (30) days to process your exchange. If the exchange concerns a handmade print, which have limited inventories, be aware that the return may take substantially longer if we have to remake the print.
